Learn and Practice Advanced Wim Hof Method Techniques
Go far beyond the fundamentals of the Wim Hof Method and embark on an advanced Wim Hof nature experience. Attendees will learn advanced Wim Hof techniques followed by guided breathing sessions and a Wim Hof style hike and cold exposure in nature. The techniques taught will strengthen the mind and deepen the focus. Participants will receive personal instruction and feedback throughout the experience and will leave the workshop with the knowledge and skills to incorporate the Wim Hof Method into a daily practice.
Understand “The Process” of Leadership
Learn the 5 key elements to successful leadership. These elements will provide participants a clear and easy to follow “process” for leadership as well as the foundation for a common leadership language. These 5 key elements will enable you to define what you will hold yourself and people you are charged to lead accountable to, how to enforce accountability in a non-confrontational and meaningful way, and how to plan for success in every obstacle and challenge. Follow Errol’s battle-tested process, implement a common leadership language, and own your environment!
Implement and Practice “The Art” of Leadership

Meet Your Instructor, Ice Cold Leader Founder, Errol Doebler
Errol Doebler is a 1991 Graduate of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. During his time as a Naval Officer, Errol served as Assistant Operations Officer onboard the USS Monongahela, Assistant Platoon Commander at SEAL Team FOUR, and a Platoon Commander at Seal Team ONE.
After spending time in the private sector as a sales leader, Errol joined the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) where he investigated International Terrorist Organizations out of the FBI’s flagship office in New York City and also served as a member of the FBI’s New York SWAT Team. Because of his background and experience, Errol was attached to the United States Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment while serving as a Special Agent for the FBI. While deployed to Afghanistan in 2010 with the 75th Ranger Regiment, Errol participated in extensive combat operations and was subsequently presented with the FBI’s second highest award for valor, the Shield of Bravery, for his actions on the battlefield.
Errol left the FBI after 13 years of service to begin his leadership consulting firm, Ice Cold Leader, in 2016. Errol has worked with executives and teams from Fortune 100 companies, professional sports organizations, small technical startups, and individual executives across a vast array of industries around the world as the Founder of Ice Cold Leader.
What If You Could Learn to Lead Like a Navy SEAL?
With over 20 combined years as a Navy SEAL and FBI Special Agent Errol believes that combat, in all its various forms, is the ultimate expression of consequence. If combat leadership is not done correctly one of three consequences will be realized, all of which are unacceptable: mission failure, injury, or death. Errol also believes that the leadership exhibited during times of chaos and struggle should not be vastly different than the leadership exhibited during times of relative calm and accord. There is no, “Break glass in case of emergency” leadership playbook. The same leadership that is applied during chaos on the battlefield is the same leadership that should be applied in business and at home. As such, Errol developed a leadership process that should be applied to all aspects of our lives in times of both chaos and harmony. His leadership process creates a common leadership language that ensures consistency and clarity, but allows for the necessary flexibility to meet any challenge or circumstance.
Errol believes in the power of leadership. He believes it is leadership that can solve any problem. He believes his process, born out of the blood, sweat, and tears of mistakes and successes over a lifetime, will create an environment of clarity in purpose and behavior that will sustain you during hard times and propel you during the good times.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
The Wim Hof Method & Leadership Weekend Event Refund and Cancellation Policy
TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PERSON – Registration can be transferred to another person easily by e-mailing our team at hello@icecoldleader.com. To ensure the event certifications and materials are printed properly for each attendee, we request that a transfer to another person is executed five (5) business days prior to the start of the event.
TRANSFER TO ANOTHER ICE COLD LEADER EVENT – If you are no longer able to attend the event you are registered for, your registration can be transferred to another Ice Cold Leader event so long as tickets for that event are still available. This must be requested in writing by e-mail to hello@icecoldleader.com at least fifteen days (15) days prior to the start the event in which you are registered for.
REFUND – If are no longer able to attend the event you are registered for and are not able to TRANSFER your registration to another person or to another Ice Cold Leader event, please submit in writing via email to hello@icecoldleader.com a request for a refund. We offer the following options for a refund:
- Administrative Fee: All refunds are subject to a $200.00 USD administrative fee.
- If canceled at least eight (5) weeks prior to the start of the event, a full refund (less the administrative fee) will be refunded.
- If canceled at least four (4) weeks prior to the start of the event, 70% of the registration fee (less the administrative fee) will be refunded.
- No refunds will be offered within four (4) weeks of the engagement. For extenuating circumstances, please emails us for consideration at hello@icecoldleader.com.
FORCE MAJEURE – In the event Ice Cold Leader is prevented from carrying out its obligations as it pertains to The Wim Hof Method & Leadership Weekend Event you registered for as a result of any cause beyond its control, or such event cannot be held or does not occur due to acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, government requisitions, restrictions or regulations on travel, hotel or facility availability, commodities or supplies, war or apparent act of war, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder, epidemic or pandemic, curtailment or restriction on transportation facilities, or any other comparable calamity, casualty or condition (collectively a “Force Majeure”) Ice Cold Leader shall have the right to terminate the affected Conference without liability and shall be relieved of its obligations to Registrant.
- If the affected event is terminated due to a Force Majeure occurrence before the first day of the Conference, then Ice Cold Leader will reschedule the affected event, if and as practical under the circumstances, and your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled event. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled Event, then you may transfer registration fee you paid, upon written notification to Ice Cold Leader at hello@icecoldleader.com, towards another Ice Cold Leader or you may transfer to another individual in your place, so long as space is still available. Ice Cold Leader reserves the right, at its discretion, to approve or deny such registration fee transfer requests. Additionally, Ice Cold Leader does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
What happens if I don’t want to get into the ice bath during the cold exposure activities?
While we believe every activity offered during this event is crucial to leadership development, you don’t have to get into the ice bath if you are not comfortable! All activities are voluntary and optional.
However, we ask that every participant actively support each of the other participants who do engage in the cold exposure.
What are the exact days and hours of the event?
The Wim Hof Method & Leadership Weekend is scheduled for November 2023. Guest speakers may vary. The hours below are EST (New York Time).

Where will The Wim Hof Method & Leadership Weekend be held?
The Forum will be held from November 10-12, 2023 at Beyul Retreat located at 26604 Frying Pan Road Meredith, CO 81642. Beyul Retreat is located less than 50 miles from Aspen, Colorado on 32 private acres of meadows, forest, creeks, waterfalls and ponds, with trails leading right into the White River National Forest. The Frying Pan River remains a wild solitude, traveling through a gorgeous canyon formed from the 250 million-year-old red sandstone Maroon Formation. You can hike, bike, ski, fish and more right of the property.
Are meals included in the cost of the ticket?
Yes!
Each ticket includes dinner available to you on Friday November 10, 2023, three meals available to you on Saturday November 11, 2023, and breakfast available to you on Sunday November 12, 2023.
Does the cost of the ticket include hotel accommodations?

Does the cost of the ticket include travel accommodations?
No, each participant is responsible for securing their own travel to and from the event location, Beyul Retreat.
In addition, participants will receive a detailed travel guide upon purchase.
Do I need a certain level of fitness or mobility to attend the event?
No. You do not need to have a certain level of fitness or mobility to attend the event.
This is not a physical fitness event and does not include fitness workouts.
However, The Wim Hof Method & Leadership Weekend does include breathwork, meditation, and cold exposure, all of which can be adjusted to your current level of fitness or mobility.
Of course, if you have a health condition, please check with your doctor before you participate in any physical movement or breathwork.
In addition, pregnancy and epilepsy are contraindications to participating in certain types of breathwork and cold exposure, so please feel free to reach out to us at hello@icecoldleader.com to discuss safe alternatives you can practice during the event!
Will There Be Breaks?
Yes! There will be breaks during mealtimes each day, and smaller breaks will be regularly scheduled throughout each day. Participants will receive a detailed event schedule including times prior to the event.
The Wim Hof Method & Leadership Weekend is intentionally designed to be an intensive 3 day experience, packed with learning and opportunities for growth – it will be worth every penny!
