Meet the Founders
Errol Doebler
Founder & CEO
A 1991 U.S. Naval Academy graduate, Errol served as a Platoon Commander at SEAL Team ONE before joining the FBI, where he investigated international terrorist organizations and served on the FBI’s New York SWAT Team. Attached to the U.S. Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment in Afghanistan, he was awarded the FBI’s Shield of Bravery for his actions in combat. After 13 years with the Bureau, he founded Ice Cold Leader in 2016 and has since coached executives and teams at Fortune 100 companies, professional sports organizations, and startups around the world.
Jennifer Doebler
Co-Founder & President, Ice Cold Leader
Jennifer co-founded Ice Cold Leader and runs its operations as President. She most recently served as Chief Solutions Officer at Flash AI, where she worked with law enforcement and corrections agencies to deploy AI-powered communications analytics — surfacing the connections that matter, cutting through volume, and giving investigators time back to close cases. In 2026, she helped lead the pursuit that saw the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction select Flash AI to deploy across 28 institutions serving roughly 45,750 individuals, partnering with ODRC’s intelligence and investigative teams from RFP through award.
Before the private sector, Jennifer spent 13 years as an FBI Intelligence Analyst, leading intelligence collection and analysis across International Terrorism, Crimes Against Children, and National Street Gangs — and briefing the public as a keynote speaker on threats to children. A former Financial Advisor (Series 7 & 66), she holds degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware.
