Errol Doebler
Founder and CEO
Errol Doebler , who also serves as the CEO of SVI Technologies, is a 1991 Graduate of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. During his time as a Naval Officer, Errol served as Assistant Operations Officer onboard the USS Monongahela, Assistant Platoon Commander at SEAL Team FOUR, and a Platoon Commander at Seal Team ONE.
After spending time in the private sector as a sales leader, Errol joined the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) where he investigated International Terrorist Organizations out of the FBI’s flagship office in New York City and also served as a member of the FBI’s New York SWAT Team. Because of his background and experience, Errol was attached to the United States Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment while serving as a Special Agent for the FBI. While deployed to Afghanistan in 2010 with the 75th Ranger Regiment, Errol participated in extensive combat operations and was subsequently presented with the FBI’s second highest award for valor, the Shield of Bravery, for his actions on the battlefield.
Errol left the FBI after 13 years of service to begin his leadership consulting firm, Ice Cold Leader, in 2016. Errol has worked with executives and teams from Fortune 100 companies, professional sports organizations, small technical startups, and individual executives across a vast array of industries around the world as the Founder of Ice Cold Leader.
Jennifer Doebler
Co-founder and President
Jennifer is a former Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Intelligence Analyst and now the Co-Founder and President of Ice Cold Leader where she overseas operations. Jennifer spent over 13 years with the FBI. During her tenure she led intelligence collection and analysis across multiple programs including International Terrorism, Crimes Against Children, and National Street Gangs. Jennifer also served as a keynote speaker providing threat briefings and seminars on Crimes Against Children to the public. Prior to joining the FBI Jennifer worked as a Financial Advisor holding both her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Delaware with degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice.

David Ellison
Director of Business Development
David Ellison is a passionate and results-driven executive with a global perspective and diverse industry background, specializing in process improvement, sales & marketing, operations management, strategic planning, and product positioning. Following graduation from the United States Naval Academy, David proudly served on board 3 different ships and 2 shore commands. After his service in the Navy, David worked for General Electric and later for multiple technology and service companies.

Joshua Leon
Director of Sales
Joshua Leon is a recently retired Army Veteran with 22 years of dedicated service. During his time in service, Joshua completed three combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan from 2003-2008 as an Engineer. He also served on multiple route clearance teams and aided in the construction and expansion of over two dozen Forward Operating Bases and Combat Outposts. Joshua also served as a Network Technician and Army Recruiter. After retiring from the Army, Joshua transitioned his wealth of experience and knowledge to the private sector. He holds a Bachelor’s in Management from American Military University and leverages his extensive military background and academic training to drive business growth and foster client relationships.

James DeStefano
Director of Training and Coaching
James DeStefano is a retired Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) with twenty-five years of service. During his tenure, he led professionals in crisis management, special operations, criminal investigations, tactical resolution operations and intelligence collection. He also designed and managed complex investigations and programs. He most recently served as the acting Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the FBI New York, Crisis Management component where he directed crisis incident response and training; special events; executive protection; and the deployment, support and return of personnel on international assignments. In 2013, Mr. DeStefano served as Deputy On-scene Commander following the terrorist attack on the West Gate Mall in Nairobi, Kenya. Upon retiring from the FBI, Mr. DeStefano joined T&M Protection Resources. As Managing Director of the security consulting services division, he provided expert security consulting services to a broad range of clients in the corporate, financial, academic, business, sports and entertainment industries. James received his undergraduate degree from Fordham University and his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. DeStefano received his Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification from ASIS International in 2015.
